Life is full of transitions: both the ones we choose and the ones that choose us. Tante Yoga offers yoga therapy and yoga instruction to support you through all of it: grieving what was, steadying what is, and cultivating what comes next. You already have everything you need inside you. We'll find it together.

About Tante Yoga
Tante means “auntie” across much of Europe – in Norwegian, French, German, Dutch, Danish, Yiddish. Our aunties are such important figures in our lives – they knew us before we knew ourselves, and they remind us who we are when we’ve forgotten. Their love is looser than that of a parent, but closer than that of a friend. They exist between roles, and because of that, they are uniquely poised to help us navigate our transitions in this life.Tante Yoga works in this same mode: we meet you where you are and work with you to cultivate the self-connection and sense of inner guide that will help you get where you want to go. Whether your current challenge is physical, emotional, spiritual, or some combination of the three, we’re here to support your ability to get through whatever it is and return to balance.
